These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Trellify application ("Application"). By registering, accessing, or using our Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using our Application.

1. Description of the Application

Trellify is a Power-Up for Trello that allows users to:

• Monitor events on their Trello boards.
• Receive notifications via a Telegram bot.
• Configure custom webhooks and notifications.

2. Registration and Account

Registration: To use Trellify, you must create an account by providing a valid email and password.

Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

Confidentiality: You are required to keep your account credentials (email and password) confidential. We are not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.

3. Use of the Application

You agree to use Trellify in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Permitted Use: You may use the Application solely for personal or professional purposes within the functionality provided by Trellify.

Prohibited Use:

• Using the Application for illegal purposes.
• Transferring your account to third parties without our consent.
• Disrupting the Application through hacking or other malicious actions.

4. User Data

Data Processing: Trellify processes your data, including Trello tokens, Telegram usernames, and others, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Data Storage: We retain your Trello token even after account deletion to ensure uninterrupted webhook functionality.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided for the Application’s operation.

5. Integration with Third-Party Platforms

Trello API: The Application uses the Trello API to retrieve event data from your boards. Using Trellify must comply with the Trello API terms of use.

Telegram API: Trellify integrates with the Telegram API to send notifications. Using Telegram within Trellify is subject to Telegram’s policies.

We are not responsible for disruptions in Trello or Telegram services that affect the Application’s functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

Trellify is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or available at all times.

We are not liable for damages caused by:

• Incorrect user configuration of notifications or webhooks.
• Service interruptions in Trello or Telegram.
• Data loss due to user error or technical issues.

7. Payment

Trellify is currently offered free of charge.

We reserve the right to introduce paid subscriptions or other paid features in the future. You will be notified in advance.

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account in the settings. After deletion, we will remove your email, Telegram username, and password.

Webhooks created by your account may continue to function until you manually delete them via Trello settings.

9. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. In the event of changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notifications. Continuing to use Trellify after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
